1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by CPAad ("CPAad", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website (https://cpaad.net), embeddable offerwall, developer REST API, JavaScript SDK, and tracking redirection domains, you agree to be bound by these General Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Traffic Policy, and applicable Publisher or Advertiser Agreements.
2. Network Model & Role
CPAad operates as an intermediary CPA aggregation and distribution platform. We source approved marketing campaigns from upstream networks and direct advertisers, normalize offer parameters, and distribute them to approved publishers. We are neither the end-consumer nor the originating advertiser of third-party products.
3. Account Eligibility & Human Verification
Access to publisher and advertiser accounts is subject to mandatory human compliance review. You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration details. We reserve the right to decline or suspend any application that fails our domain ownership, traffic verification, or KYC/AML risk assessment standards.
4. Financial Accounting & Invariants
All platform accounting is maintained on an immutable double-entry balanced ledger. Balances, payouts, and reserve holdings are derived server-side using fixed-precision arithmetic (SQL NUMERIC(18, 4)). No balance adjustments occur without balancing ledger transactions.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform software, SDKs, APIs, documentation, and the Obsidian Grove design system are the proprietary property of CPAad. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute platform source code without written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CPAad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from upstream network downtime, third-party offer deactivation, or temporary internet tracking disruptions.
