How to Submit an Abuse Report
If you are an advertiser, brand owner, or security researcher who has identified suspicious activity originating from CPAad tracking domains, please email our dedicated compliance desk immediately at:
abuse@cpaad.net
Required Report Details:
- Full click URL, tracking link, or offerwall placement ID.
- Timestamp of incident with time zone.
- User IP address and user-agent string.
- Description of suspected violation (e.g. proxy injection, incentivized traffic on non-incent offer, brand bidding).
Investigation SLA:
All abuse inquiries trigger an automated administrative hold on the affected placement and are investigated by a compliance officer within 12 hours.
