Publisher Master Services Agreement

Last Updated: October 2026 • Contractual Reference Standard

1. Scope of Engagement

This Publisher Master Services Agreement governs your participation as an authorized distribution partner on the CPAad platform. By creating an approved placement and directing traffic to CPAad tracking links or embeddable offerwalls, you agree to comply with all terms herein.

2. Traffic Integrity & Rewarded Restrictions

Publishers must strictly adhere to campaign-level traffic classifications. If an offer is designated as "Non-Incent Only", you shall not offer currency, points, contest entries, or virtual rewards for completing that offer. Any violation of incentive policies entitles CPAad to withhold or reverse affected commissions upon upstream advertiser dispute.

3. Commission Accounting & Payout Terms

Commissions are credited to your ledger account upon receipt of a verified upstream postback. Payouts are made in USDT via Binance Pay ID or public cryptocurrency wallet, subject to applicable holding windows (e.g. Net-15 or Net-30 for new accounts) and minimum withdrawal thresholds ($50.00 USDT default).

4. Reversals & Chargebacks

If an upstream network or direct advertiser issues a valid chargeback or reversal due to consumer cancellation, fraudulent payment, or violation of campaign targeting rules, CPAad will deduct the corresponding commission from your ledger balance as an offsetting transaction.

5. Placement Token Security

You are responsible for securing your placement tokens and REST API keys. You may not embed secret publisher credentials into client-side code where they could be harvested by unauthorized third parties.
