1. Data Minimization Principle
In accordance with our master privacy guidelines, CPAad enforces strict data minimization. During click redirection and conversion tracking, we record only necessary operational telemetry (anonymized IP addresses, country code derived from Cloudflare headers, device type, user-agent, and publisher-supplied sub-IDs). We do not collect or store unnecessary personally identifiable information (PII) on end consumers.
2. Information We Collect from Account Holders
For registered publishers and advertisers, we collect: business contact names, email addresses, verified website URLs, company registration numbers (when applicable), traffic declarations, and cryptocurrency payout identifiers (Binance Pay ID or public USDT wallet addresses). We never collect or store wallet private keys, exchange passwords, or seed phrases.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed exclusively to: attribute conversion actions accurately, calculate publisher commissions on our double-entry ledger, detect and filter fraudulent click velocity patterns, and fulfill regulatory compliance obligations.
4. Data Retention & Partitioning
Click logs are stored in partitioned tables and archived after 90 days. Aggregated financial reports and immutable ledger transactions are retained for statutory accounting and audit purposes.

You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your account information by submitting a request to our compliance desk at privacy@cpaad.net.
